Good Dog

Isn't Alley a good dog? She really puts up with anything Milan does to her:) If you watch closely at the end of the clip, you can hear my child's head thump as she fell of the pillow! Not to worry though, no child or animal was hurt in the filming of this video. Milan turned over and happily crawled away.

New "Firsts"

In the last few days, Milan has begun to...

1. Use the brush to brush her hair (even though it is backwards).

2. Throw a ball (sometimes it goes backward or on her head).

3. Start to say the following words...

• "da" for Daddy


• "bo" for book


• "Uh, uh, uh" for Uh Oo when she drops something

She is growing so fast, more to come soon:)

Playtime With Daddy

Girls' Night Out

I am sure most people looking at this site are interested in seeing what Milan is up to... but Mommy finally had a night out and wanted to share too. Shannon, Stacy, Nicole and I ate sushi at RA and then went bowling at The Strike at the District in Irvine. It was a nice relaxing night. And of course in ended fabulously with sundaes at Johonny Rockets. I am so lucky to have such wonderful close friends! For those wondering, Milan had a fun night with Daddy:)

Play Dates!

Summer is all about play dates! This past week, Milan met a new friend. Gavin is 6 months old and the cutest little guy ever! Gavin's mommy, Heather came over with Auntie Marisa too. Milan (being the sleeper that she is) was alseep most of the time. Gavin did not seem to mind. He sat and quietly played by himself - what a trooper Gavin!

Cousins, Callan and Isaac, also came by to go for a swim and see Milan. Milan slept (again) while the boys were in the pool. Then, she made her appearance once they were out and played for a bit. It seems that the boys like Milan's toys just as much as she does!
