First Haircut

We decided, after 3+ years that it was FINALLY time for a haircut.

We talked about it all week and Milan was super excited to go.

We thought for sure she would get upset when she was actually there.

I was actually pleasantly surprised when Milan was a perfect angel through the whole experience:)

We think it came out pretty cute:)

Little Snowmen

My friend, Sara's mom sent the kids another fabulous hat (she sent Milan a Christmas tree and a flower hat in the past)! These snowmen are so fun and I love seeing both kids in something matching! Too bad I could not get them close enough together to take a picture together;) Thanks Nana Janet - we LOVE the hats!

Crolling

This is how Dean "rolls" these days. His style of crawling consists of turning in the direction he wants to go and then rolling there...hence crolling:) Let the adventures begin, right?

Princess Milan

Different versions of this outfit seem to be Milan's favorite these days. Here she is wearing her purple princess dress with an Arial tiara, Arial purple heels, her Indian noodle necklace, and of course no outfit is complete without her Arial talking camera accessory. You can hear this camera in the background of many of the clips posted today;) Milan has insisted on wearing this costume out in public too. The customers at Home Depot thought she was a cute princess the other evening when shopping for Christmas decorations.

Little Head Banger

This is Dean's "newest thing". He nods his head like this to music, when he is happy, or for no reason at all. I love to see this happy little guy in motion:)

Festive Pups

This weekend, we started decorating the house for Christmas. We picked up a couple rugs for the kitchen. We got a couple cute pictures of Kendrey and Rudy. You will see the best one on this year's Christmas card...coming soon:)

Little Hats

Okay - so now you can tell how behind I am on posting! This was too cute to pass up. Milan used different pieces from her play dough sets to give the pumpkins and Jack-o-lanterns each a little hat:)

Finding Her Inner Italian

After a trip to Claro's Italian Market, Milan helped daddy make a delicious pizza! Daddy tossed the dough. Milan helped spread the sauce.

She helped top it with mozzarella, pepperoni, salami, and her FAVORITE - olives!

Daddy put it on the pizza stone and took it out.

Here is the finished pizza - Milan and daddy can cook any time they want!!!

Bath Time!

We decided to try Dean in the bath with Milan. I ended up being really nervous the whole time because he is such a slippery little guy! Milan was a big help though. She wanted to help her brother with his bath. I am sure when he is a bit older, and we try again, getting ready will start to get a lot faster and easier:)

Dean loves his jumper!

Preschool Questioning

Here is an email Jay sent me...gotta love it!

Milan walked in while I was getting ready this morning, and I was sneezing so I blew my nose. She was standing right behind me and saw me throw away the tissue. She looked into the trash can, then grabbed my hands and looked at them. She then looked at me and said, “Daddy, where did the horn go”…

Halloween with Jessie and Woody

We went to the Family Fun Fest at Friends Church. Milan was able to go on rides, jump in the jumper, play games, and ride a horse.

Dean was tired and took a nap.

Cowgirl Jessie hanging out at home.

Sheriff Woody joined in on the fun.

Can't forget Bullseye!

I must say, Dean was one cute Woody!

Here they were right before we went Trick-or-treating!

Pumpkin Patch

Milan, Dean and I met Callan, grandma, and grandpa at the pumpkin patch. Here is Dean with grandpa.

Dean sat in the saddle all by himself!

The straw was VERY interesting!

Callan and Milan drove the little tractors. Milan was even able to drive one by herself this year:)

The slide was a big hit for the kids.

Cousin time!

Too Tired to Jump...Must.Take.Nap

Halloween Preview

Milan and Dean are going to be Jessie and Woody from Toy Story. Milan makes one cute cowgirl. I can't wait to see them both in costume!!!

Santa Ana Zoo with Friends

Milan and I met Molly and Mia and their mommies at the zoo.

Milan rode on the camel with Molly and her mommy, Sara.

She also rode on the "baby jaguar".

The girls fed the goats. This one was eager to eat!
We are thinking of getting passes, so you will probably see more pics from the zoo soon:)
