It's Official - Our Babies are Getting Big!!!

Flashback...Taylor and Milan playing - it seems like it was yesterday!

Can you believe these are the same girls playing in the big blow-up pool!

Here Milan is playing with a sand and water table that actually had sand in it (unlike hers)!

This was Molly and Milan less than a year ago at Milan's birthday party.

Here was Mia - the baby of the group at Halloween.


Look at the big girls now! Mia, Molly, and Milan hanging out like big girls:) I can't believe how much they have changed in such a short time!

Jump, Jump, Jump

Since our mommy and me swim lessons this summer, Milan has become much more comfortable in the water.
She LOVES to jump in the water. She says, "Jump, jump." and "Jump fun!"

As soon as she is back in, she wants to do it all again!

Jay says Milan looks like a little Jedi in her towel. Here she is with her good buddy, Rudy.

You can tell from this clip how much more she enjoys the water than she did just weeks ago in the lessons. I bet she will be actually swimming next summer!

Swim Lessons '09

Here are a couple pictures of Milan and the instructors at CSUF. She did not like going off the diving board, but she was liking it a little better by the end.

This clip is wobbly because it was so sunny, I could not see the screen on the camera. Yes, that is Milan crying! I don't know if it was fear of the diving board or the instructor (or both). It did take less time to recover each time she tried the boards.

Next year, Milan will be ready for real lessons instead of just Mommy and Me. I can't believe it!

Another Trip to Disneyland

Last Friday, Jay took a day off of work and we went to Disneyland for a few hours.
It is hard for Milan to stand in line when there are so many fun things going on around her. I spent most of my time running after her while Jay stood in line.

This is a Dumbo to take pictures in on the side of a line we were in. She liked this almost as much as the train ride we took.
